Reporting a bug

If a tool gives a wrong result, looks broken or does not work on your device, these details make the problem much easier to find and fix:

• The page address (URL). Copy it from your browser’s address bar.
• Your browser and device, for example “Chrome on Windows 11” or “Safari on iPhone”. The Screen Resolution page shows these details if you are not sure.
• The steps you took, in order, including the settings you chose.
• What you expected to happen and what happened instead. A screenshot often helps.

Every tool runs in your browser, so we never see what you typed into it. If the problem depends on your input, please send a small made-up example that shows it, not real personal data, passwords or access tokens.

Ideas for new tools

Is there a small task you do often that a simple tool could make faster? Tell us what you would use it for and, if you can, give an example of the input and the result you would like to see. Suggestions for the existing tools are just as welcome: a missing unit, an extra option or a label that was confusing.

When to expect a reply

Every message is read by a person, and replies may take a few days. Not every request can be built, but each suggestion is considered.
